Through the analysis of tourism development and the evolution of its strategic distribution in Henan Province, according to the conditions of the cultural tourism resources and the spatial distribution of natural tourism resources and the overall regional distribution of tourism resources, the paper put forward the strategic pattern of the overall development of tourism resources in Henan Province, summarized as “bow shape” and this concept is interpreted based on the characteristics of tourism resources in different regions of Henan Province. This pattern can exert a great influence on the future layout of the tourism industry in Henan Province.
