Based on the contribution of industrial structure statistical multispectral economic model, this paper analyzes the time difference for industrial structure change to the contribution of economic growth in Guangxi from 1951 to 2012, and the space difference for industrial structure change to regional economic growth in Guangxi from 2002 to 2012. Results show that, under the influence of different policy means and modes which is planned economy and market economy, industrial structure change contribution to economic growth in Guangxi appearing two phase fluctuations of convergence on the time, three economic zones show regular change of gradient goes from west to east on the space. Due to the secondary industry growing factors, the industrial structure change process of 14 cities is significant difference, the economic policies of the three major economic zones and the 14 cities make it reverse change between the industrial structure change and the regional economic growth. Post-industrial society and the market economy condition, building open unified market, promoting resources flow, and establish a modern industrial system which is rational division of labor and scientific layout, and gradually and follow the rule of market by indirect means and methods to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure for region and city, that is the focus of macroeconomic policies for a nation needs to consider in the future.
