将中西部地区划分为东北、中部、西北、西南4个区域，采用1995—2013年的相关数据，分析各区域在承接东部发达地区产业转移过程中的主要影响因素。选取的影响因素包括资本存量、经济规模、劳动力成本、人力资源和路径效应。结果发现：4个区域的路径效应、资本存量与产业转移承接地均存在显著正相关关系；人力资源与产业转移承接地存在正相关关系，但东北、西北地区不显著；劳动力成本与产业转移承接地存在负相关关系，但对东北地区不显著；除中部地区外，经济规模与产业转移承接地并不存在显著相关关系。中西部区域地方政府和企业家在促进产业转移进程中应充分发挥比较优势，根据不同影响要素制定宏观政策与微观引资策略。

The Midwest of China is divided into four regions： the northeast, central, northwest, southwest.Using data from 1995 to 2013, we analyzed influencing factors in the undertaking industrial transfer process of four regions, and the selected factors includes capital stock, the size of the economy, labor costs, human resources, and path effects. The results show that: ① path effects and capital stock of the four regions to undertaking industrial transfer have a significant positive correlation; ② human resources to undertaking industrial transfer have a positive correlation, but significantly difference in the various regions; ③ labor costs to undertaking industrial transfer have a negative correlation, but not significant in northeast region. In addition to the central region, the economic scale to undertaking industrial transfer has no correlation. To promote industrial transfer, local government and entrepreneurs of Midwest should give full play to the comparative advantage, and according to the different impacting elements, formulated macroeconomic policies and micro investment attract strategy.
